Assistants of this level may help instructors to teach Warm Up, Silk Reeling(Rotation), Foot Works, Essential 18 Routine, Old Frame 1, Straight Sword Essential 18 Forms, Push Hands (Single Hand and Double Hands) etc.

I was first introduced to Chen Tai Chi in 2011. I began practicing this art on a regular basis in 2014. Since then, I feel this has contributed to all aspects of my health and well-being.
Now, I wish to share these benefits with others while continuing to progress in my understanding and learning of this wonderful practice.

 

Julie Turcotte   Valid: (June, 2018 – June, 2020)
In 2015,  I got my diploma of clinical herbalist by the school Floramedicina. Through this training, I was introduced to traditional chinese medicine and I discovered Tai Chi. I’ve been a student of the Institut Long Feng since 2014. The teachings of the Institut is very complete and thorough. I respect the fact that through these teachings, students live better lives, become better acquainted with themselves by strenghtening their weaknesses and optimizing the use of their abilities. Most of all, with Chen Tai Chi. We all live healthier and more balanced lives. I will try, with my knowledge of Chen Tai Chi, to promote balance and well-being, and to help people grow older in health and happiness.

I have been practicing Chen tai-chi since 2014. This martial art has helped me greatly with my flexibility, endurance and strength. Being a nurse, I work constantly under stress. Chen Tai Chi calms me down after my shifts. Better yet, it offers the tools necessary to control every demanding situations. Overall, the well-being I feel by practicing this form of Tai Chi is not only amazing, but a must in every aspects of my life, professional as well as personal.
Now that I can teach Tai Chi, I wish to let others know and feel the multiple benefits of Chen Tai Chi.
